    People at front reception were rude. They were careless with our personal items. It was far from everything.
    They also lost some of our items. This place is a nightmare

    Advertised a few mins from the Vatican, It's not!Taxi drivers dont know where it is!Its 15 euos to get back down again each way.
    Reception staff were extremely rude and insulting.
