The whole place from the moment you arrive is so laid back and relaxing, theres no rush for anything only the sunbeds around the pool and on the beach, unfortunately people reserve them with towels and dont return for hours at a time, but i think thats like anywhere these days, It does stipulate on signs one is not to reserve, but this goes ...

This is our 4th time to sol cayo guillermo and we can't wait to get back there, to see all the 'friends' we miss that work there.
2 weeks is never long enough, it feels so relaxed at this hotel, never ready to leave.
We shall be back every easter for many more trips to come. This feels like 2nd home to us. Top marks for everything.

I travelled on 02/01/05 with my husband and two children. The whole family loved the resort. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff and even my 7year old was looked after in the excellent childrens club.My fifteen year old was also kept entertained with pool and beach volleyball.
We have looked through many holiday brochures and couldn't find a resort and hotel that meet all our needs, so we've booked to return again on 1/1/06.
