Absolutely beautiful location. The pool is great but if you don't like listening to non-stop screaming, splashing kids from sun-up until after 10:00 p.m., consider requesting one of their river-side room instead. At least there, the kids are just screaming. Also, guests in the rooms on the first floor are treated to the non-stop tromping of ...
THIS IS THE PLACE TO RELAX AFTER THE ADVENTURE. COMFORTABLE, GREAT LOCATION, RELAXING. ALL IN ALL THE BEST STAY IN SPRINGDALE. TRY PIZZA NOODLE FOR GOOD FOOD AND RELAXING ATMOSPHERE IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHIND. ZION ADVENTURE CO. WILL SET YOU UP FOR EXPLORING AT ANY SKILL LEVEL.
I have to agree with the other reviews. Overall this hotel is great. We paid $150 a night, which was sort of worth it.
The room are quite spacious and the views are great. The decor is modern and warm. My only real complaints are that the bed was springy,I expected more for $150 in that respect. Also, they don't offer a free breakfast like most motel chains.
You can't beat the location.

Located in Springdale in Utah, gateway city for Zion N.P., my absolute favorite location in the Southwest. Sparkling clean rooms, nice pool and spa, commanding views of rich red rock, azure blue sky, verdant Dogwood trees and, in December, clean white virgin snow over the Virgin River.
What's not to love ??
Off-Season rates make this Inn an absolute must !!

Home Away from Home

I stayed at Desert Pearl twice already and each time was perfect (whether the river or pool view). I love the room design and also the amenities (coffee maker, TV/VCR, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron). The colors of the room and the private balcony was comfortable. The hotel is practically next door to the park. The only thing I wished the hotel had was room service. Other than that, the hotel is perfect! Will definitely stay again.

After a very trying winter storm drive we made it to the Pearl. They were waiting for us and also called one of the local resturants to help us out since it was so late by the time we arrived. Great Place.

Great Place

Beautiful rooms and grounds. Zion National Park shuttle stops right in front of the property. Walk to restaraunts and shops. Great views. We will stay there again.
Nicely furnished, palatial rooms with vaulted ceilings, great pool & hot tub, decks with chairs for every room, lots of pillows, fluffy comforters, free wireless access in the rooms, even a fab gift shop. This place has it all (except, perhaps a restaurant, but there are lots of other places in town to eat...) Didn't want to leave.
Just returned from a 3 night stay at this wonderful gem. The style and opulence in the rooms at this hotel surpassed many of the finer hotels I've stayed at around the world. They have 9 foot ceilings and the interior decorating is on par with your finer world class hotels. They did receive an award from Fodors in 2005 and certainly deserve ...
