They overbooked and cancelled our reservations. We will not book with them again. Poor customer service

I first visited 2007 with my mother and sister had a great time. The service and amenities was excellent. We enjoyed it so much my sister and i came back 2008 with our boyfriends for valentines day and their valentines package was very nice.The breakfast also wonderful. We left very happy and two engaged sisters. a great hotel and well worth the money.

I Loved It. the food and service was great and the beds were very comfortable. i had a great sleep and i recomend it to anyone!

We are frequent visitors to Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding area. We have stayed at the Hilton Garden 4-5 times in the last few years, and were always very pleased. As others have stated, the rooms are quite large and very clean, service is very good, nice indoor pool. Never had a problem...we're going back in September.

One day during our vacation our room was not cleaned. We called the front desk and the clerk said he would see what he could do. He never called us back. An hour later I called him back to at least get clean towells. It took about 1/2 an hour to get them. At check-out the manager would not do anything for us to make up for the service that we ...

Great place. Very clean. We had a king suite,excellent service,great breakfast.Also a nice pool & sauna. I am ready to pack up and go! Worth the money

the location of this hotel was great. close to lots of shopping and historical hot spots. the restaurant in the parking lot "the seafare" made the trip.

Wow! This was a nice hotel. Room was large, nice and clean. Alot of interesting places are within walking distance, and Colonial Williamsburg is a short drive away. There is a pool, exercise room, and a really good breakfast service - probably the best I've ever had at a hotel. Definitely worth the money.
