Booked online based on the promotion of a $50 gift cert. to Danbury Fair Mall. They didn't honor the promotion and after numerous attempts to reconcile, there were no return calls.
Telephone didn't work and wallpaper was falling off in bathroom.

I wasn't all that impressed. The rooms are pretty dark and cramped. Overall layout of the hotel is kind of labrynthine. I recommend the Marriott down the street.

Take our advice stay anywhere else. Noisy , dirty , lousy part of town , great if you want to do some food shopping, it is adjacent to a giant supermarket

I was disappointed with this hotel. Rooms located along the open lobby are not insulated from sound, so I was awakened at 3 a.m. by people talking downstairs, as well as phones ringing at the front desk.
