I like the bright smiles and the warm welcome You get. They work hard to make your stay comftable, and pleasant. Great location, right in the middle of kent, close access to everything.

I liked the price and the close proximity to the showare center and kent station. A room overlooking the parking lot is quieter than than those facing the gas station. i loved the local restaurants and great thriftshops!

The staff is friendly. Very quiet when train isn't running. Gas station next door is very convenient and has a decent deli. Hotel is spacious and clean.

They fail to say that a train will be passing bye at 12:00 am & 5:00 am. We had a room foul-up, the plug-ins make it impossible for hairdryers by the mirror, the remote didn't work and the customer service was less than adequate... in fact they were quite rude. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The building isn't new and could use new carpeting. The front desk was always helpful! They'd google, mapquest, recommend great local restaurants and printed our boarding passes always with a smile. I loved their new pillows and quilted blankets! Great weekend deals are too good to pass up!
