Overpowering smell of chlorine bleach, no restaurant (oh, "closed for renovations", yeah right), maid service next to non-existent (they don;t clean bathroom) bad neighborhood...this place is a dump and way overpriced

1) The night staff for the front desk were not helpful at all. When I arrived very late in the evening, they failed to mention that I could purchase a parking pass for my car for the lot across the street. Instead, I was informed I needed to get up before 8am to make ...

The hotel was even more beautiful than in the pictures they supplied. The staff was extremely helpful, and my room was modern & cheerfully decorated. The location's great, across the road from the beach. And it's only a 15 minute walk to South Beach. I would definitely visit again!

Miami can be cold

Terrible service - couldn't get through to the front desk as we were freezing and tried to turn the thermostat up - it was 39 degrees! Next morning when I went down to the front desk the clerk told me it was Miami and we didn't need heat & that's why the thermostat's didn't work any more.

I loved the interior of the hotel. The decoration of the lobby, patio, and rooms is very elegant and classy without being stuffy or snobby. The service was truly wonderful, and I felt like the employees, especially those in the reception, included me into their families and treated me as one of their own. The restaurant was amazing, especially considering how convenient it is and the quality of the food.
