The service is excellent. We went for a Sunday brunch and had more than enough food. And had 5 different staff wait on us, unusally nice! Both of my elderly parent were impressed. I think it is a wonderful 4-5 star hotel!

Beds were hard as a ROCK!! I should have just slept in my car!! I would have gotten more sleep for ALOT less money!! Beds were basically like sleeping on the floor!! Prices at the Bar were extremely high and outrageous!! Paper thin walls and VERY loud till midnight!! Needless to say 3 nights costing over $300 for NO SLEEP!!

I can honestly say that if I were to have a special event or time to celebrate...my family and I would certainly enjoy staying here. The rooms and surroundings are very pleasant, the staff knowledgeable and helpful and the food is nothing short of divine. We celebrate Mother's Day, Easter and New Year's at Capitol Plaza. And any other time we can squeeze in!

The hotel is nice, but beds are very uncomfortable. As a good night's sleep is my main reason for staying at a hotel, I will not return.
