Beautiful, but service is disappointing

This hotel is breathtaking. The only downfall seems to be the lack of training on all areas of service. I may return there to visit Alberts, as the food was delicious. But it will be not be my place for an overnight stay. Reservations were mixed up and the staff is not very friendly or outgoing to please the customer.

Beautifully Renovated Historic Hotel!

This is a gorgeous hotel! The lobby has a soaring three story high atrium with a stained glass ceiling that is breathtaking. The rooms are very nice- the theme is Victorian combined with arts and crafts. An interesting mix but it works. There is a very small lounge that has very good food but it's only open evenings, not lunches. Attached to ...
