Very professional staff, great ambiance, yummy breakfast, quiet room and within walking distance of many great restaurants. Two small gripes: The bed was a little too soft for me and one of the sinks had a slow drain which I reported on check-out. Would go back again and recommend to family & friends.
Spent a wonderful Sunday night at the Villagio Inn and Spa. It was perfect. Check in staff was very friendly, fast and effecient. We were told check in time would be whatever time we arrived...which was a wonderful thing since we arrived around 2pm. The room was very spacious and comfortable but I noticed that it did not have the jaccuzi tub I ...

Best in Napa Valley

Great staff, very accomodating. Great location, can walk to most Yountville restaurants. Brand new spa is awesome, best in Valley by far. Breakfasts super with make to order omelet & waffle stations. Excellent value when compared to other Napa resorts. Will definetly return & highly recommend to all our friends. Also really enjoyed the piano player in evenings.
Only giving it the "absurd" title b/c of all the posts on here that are negative. I just got back from a trip to wine country, where we go annually, and this trip by far has been the best one -- large-in-part due to the wonderful service and great accomidations at the Villagio. I was a bit scared and hesistant at first given the scattered negative reviews, but I'm very happy we went with them and will definitely be back.

When you pay for a firstclass hotel and you live in a freeway motel, you won't come back ever in your life! Breakfast is nice, but you have to wait at least 20 min to catch a table inside (rainy and cold days even happen in California). The first day they forgot to make up our room, and what was even worse: no reaction after my call to the ...

The hotel has a freeway motel feel. The rooms are crowded together and it is on the main highway so rooms are very noisy. They have also been amply sprayed with perfumed air freshener which was unpleasant. This is definitely overpriced and the food in the event room was rubbery and poor quality. Altogether a negative experience. I left early and ...

We went for work, and stayed for the food & wine. The hotel is conviniently located to some nice restaurants and the wine shops in town are great fountains of information. My wife and I took part in a corporate dinner in the V-wine cellar and were just blow away by the ambiance. The service was top-class and the crew was very engaging and ...

Beautiful grounds and extremely friendly staff. Great ambiance. Rooms are comfortable and large, but not greatly appointed. Carpets are dark colored which gave it an old sort of run down feeling. Beds are very comfortable and the morning breakfast was great. Some touches would definitely make of it an outstanding hotel. Overall was a great ...
Just spent two nights there, totally wonderful. Terrific room, great service and terrific breakfast on the patio. All in all, felt like Tuscany. Would go back in a heartbeat, a real treasure
