Our stay was wonderful. The suite was clean, comfortable and everything was in good working order.
We parked in the garage and either walked or rode the bus everywhere we wanted to go.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The location was good except for the hill from Country Club Plaza up to the Inn. The going down was fine it was the returning after a long day that was a challenge to our old out of shape bodies.

I really like this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times. Plenty to do around The Plaza...the hill can be challenging when coming in late

This was my second time staying at this property. I was in town for a convention and this hotel was the convention headquarters.

We thought our room looked nice, but discovered the bathroom sink would barely drain, and the toilet handle had to be held down to flush...even then made an incredibly loud noise. We could hear other toilets flushing from adjacent rooms! We were charged for 2 movies, which were taken off our bill later that we never selected..the remote had low ...

We stayed at the Hampton for our honeymoon in their honeymoon suite the suite was like a beautiful apartment instead of a hotel and the bathtub spa in the huge bathroom was amazing!!!! We loved the large shower and the view was so georgous of the city, we can't wait to go back!!!
