I have stayed many times in the past. The hotel HAS MADE many, many new changes and it is lovely. The new room have flat scree TV's. WoW! New staff and new management makes a BIG difference. Give this hotel a chance and I'm sure you will feel the same. : )

Service at this hotel is terrible.
The hotel is not clean due to the unprofessionalism of the staff. Hotel staff did not want to do things like, clean the bathroom or vacuum the floor.

When we arrived to our non-smoking room it had been smoked in, but they people before us used the drinking glasses as an ashtray and the maids forgot to clean the room.
