I loved it here. The staff was excellent. Housekeeping was amazing. The even have computers for guest to use. Very clean comfortable bed. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful weekend. I will stay here every time I'm in Houston

I reserved a non-smoking room. Only smoking rooms were available when I arrived. I was not notified, or given opportunity to change or cancel.

Very disappointed. I will not go through yahoo/travelocity again for hotel reservations.

The breakfast lacked protein of any kind. Many Best Westerns augment the usual Continental Breakfast with something to offset the glucose overdose.

The lobby and halls smelled strongly of bug spray during my entire stay during which they attempted to spray my room...while we were still in it!

The hot tub was broken during my full stay.

I have stayed in better and I have stayed at worse. Young adults in room next door came in real late and made a lot of noise in the hallway. Could use better sound proofing. Mattress not the best would grade a C.

I loved it. It was afforable, a little hard to find at first. But rooms were big, clean and nice looking. I will always stay here when in Houston. Housekeeping is very friendly.

We were passing through houston to our drive from el paso to lousiana and let me tell you we were soo glad we found this place in houston the hotel has everything, an excellent pool to relax, a jaccuzzi room that was beautiful and great breakfest to start our day off with. We will be staying here again, cant wait for another road trip down there.
