The room smelled! 2nd the safe didn't work, their racist.. really!

This is a great place for kids. My children loved every moment and are dying to go back. I had a wonderful experience with the staff and my room was clean.

We are Florida residents and had a great rate and perks for the kids. Check in was smooth and we got everything we requested. Request the first floor if you have small kids. We liked the fact that the hotel was themed around kids and they enjoyed the water slide and the slime. However we feel it was a huge rip off. The food was over-priced and bland. All activities required reservations, which required standing in long lines of only one employee. Room service required a 25% gratuity and closed at 10:00 pm. Not an adult friendly atmosphere ( we are on vacation too).Would NOT recommend.

Way overpriced on everything. The buffet breakfast was terrible. There aren't enough elevators, so you have to wait forever to get on one or use the stairs which is really bad after hours of walking around a theme park. The room and the food were way over priced. So many people at pool area that you could not find a chair to put your towels down at. The hotel is nothing like the pictures on the website. I loved the area, the service was terible and the food court prices were way to high. We ended up saving money by eating fast food. We booked it on priority club points and it was free for a weeks stay.
