Can't wait to stay there againWe loved everything !! The resort was clean, well landscaped; the rooms were decorated to delight even the adults. Small touches were abound in the suite...like oodles of towels and lots of great fluffy pillows. All staff encountered were friendly and voluntarily helpful. Nothing like the picturesThe water in the pools is extremely cold. Several people were complaining about it. They told me they keep the pools at an average temp of 76-86 degrees at all times... I have lived in FL my whole life and have had pools and there is NO way the temp of that pool was even 70 degrees. My kids were turning blue! I called the front desk about another ...2 of 3 Yahoo! Enjoyed our stayWe enjoyed our stay, though the rooms were a bit small, and seem to be in the process of changing when we visited in 2005. The pool/play area is incredible, the kids loved it. Having a choice of restaurants, game room, bar, and buffet was a nice addition in the hotel to relax after seeing the attractions.2 of 4 Yahoo! We ALL had a blast!!I was really skeptic after reading the reviews on here, but it was amazing. The hotel was nice with a friendly, family atmosphere. The rooms & hotel were better than shown on the television & we enjoyed every minute of it.

I think it is a lovely hotel and kids love itWell when we went as a family we went in February and we absolutely loved the place it was welcoming at first sights kids were screaming could not wait to get to the room and check it out. Rooms were constantly damp.We liked the price, 2 bedrooms, and pools. It was also close to Disney and some restuarants. We wouldn't go back because the rooms were constantly damp. It never dried out. Parents Beware! Over-priced - poor valueRooms show signs of wear - worn carpets, linens, etc. Food choices are very kids oriented so parents should be prepared for Mac & Cheese, Hot Dogs and Slurpys. Buffets are similar to Home Town Buffet quality - lots of fatty overcooked choices. Awesome Hotel for Kids & Families!This was a great hotel. The entire place is decorated from the front lobby to the pool chairs. Every staff person you see is smiling and speaks to you. The slides and pools are incredible. The food is great, the buffets are awesome (dinner buffet is 18.95 per adult, but definately worth it!), especially the breakfast buffet. What a shame!!Way over priced to be treated like yesterday's garbage. Capitalizing on families, without family ethics. The suite had spiders. Room attendants were a no-show till complained about. Entertainment managers were rude and inconsiderate. Lots of fun amenities for children, too bad it's poorly operated by inconsiderate staff.
Will stick with Disney from now on.
