Check in and check out took FOREVER. Likewise with the bell captain and the valet parking employees. To be this expensive, the service is pretty bad.

i love ever thing.i did not not dislike anything only like 3 or 6 not a lot.1 of the things i did not like is that it was cold at night.

We decided to go on a short family vacation over Memorial Day Weekend. The hotel was fabulous for our 20 month old. The baby pool kept her busy they entire time. The casita rooms are great but the main pool is completley overcrowded and the service is hihgly lacking. probably wouldnt go back due to the service.

The Westin is over priced and doesn't live up to the expectation of a 5 star hotel. The service was fine, but the hotel as a whole was4 stars at best.
