I have booked a room, and on the arrival it has been cancelled- even though my secretary has confirmed the reservetion on the same day!
The hotel called a taxi- that I had to pay for( really expensive one ), and it took me to another hotel- thankfully I didn't have to spend much time there..
The staff was rude and didn't want to take any responibility for the whole incident.

Nice place with good amenities. Depending on the day/night you might have a hard time finding more than two people on the staff who speak English. The rooms are fine with balconies though small closets with wood finishings. The location is key. It is near everything from top restaurants to clubs to the Metro that takes you to St. Sofia, St. Michael's and all the tourist locations.

This hotel is comfortable & quiet. The staff is friendly & helpful. The location is also very good - it's about a 5 to 10 minute cab ride from most of Kiev's tourist attractions.
