The hotel its self is nice enough, but I think it's over priced. It's not the "big deal" you make it out to be, it's just another hotel. The lady's at the front desk are disorganized as far as losing credit card authorizations and making reservations for too little or too many days. Teh rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. the location is good and the disorganized front desk attendants are very friendly.

Never been to a hotel befOre that refused to do a refund when due to weather i never got in for the first night.

general manager is condencending AND rude and as she said just a puppet not a decision maker.Will never use this Sheraton or ANY other Sheraton AGAIN DUE TO THIS EXPERIENCE

The hotel was fine and lived up to our expectations. The price was reasonable and the rooms worth it. We didn't have any real problems and they were all solved easily. There was a funny smell in the lobby at times, but it is nothing that would make me not recommend the hotel.

The service was excellant & friendly staff, clean rooms & a great continental breakfast with 24 hour coffee bar, also internet access. Location for I-84, Portland & a great view of Mt Hood when it isn't cloudy.

The night front desk girl rummaged through my stuff looking for drugs (pain medicine). The other front desk girl admitted/confessed as to what happened. My webcam was disconnected by her when she came in the room and thought she was caught. My purse was obviously rummaged through, and the manager did nothing to rectify this error on her/their part.
