We wanted a smoke-free room, and got the Presidential Suite. The suite has a kitchenette, conference table, large king-size bed, and a bathroom complete with jet tub and tv. The service was above average, and the room was clean. It's the perfect distance from restaurants and the zoo. Would recommend for couples or a business stay.

The staff was very polite and cheerful. They were able to give us the adjoining rooms that were requested. The rooms were nice enough for the weekend (2 nights). We had two non-smoking rooms but one of the bathrooms had a very STRONG odor of a smoking room. Other than that, we were satisfied with the accommodations.

This was the worst Hotel I've ever stayed at! The Desk Staff (Deaudra) was very rude and snobby! The air-conditioner in my room didn't work! I was told that the Maintenance Man would be in first thing that morning to fix it and at 10:45 A.M. when I checked on it again I was told by Deaudra that she had no idea where the Maintenance Man ...
