the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the hotel was great. i would stay here again.

I travel alot with both of my daughters. The room was great look like they have just been remolded. The beds was comfortable the pool area great for kids. Customer service was awesome. We will stay again and again we go to Jasper In twice a year for gymnastic meets I tell everyone to stay there.

I've been working with Dee Dee on a golf package. She has been very helpful and most of all prompt. Whenever I call or email her, she gets right back with you.

Everything was above expectations,except two
minor complains:
-ventilation in jacuzzi room was too loud (so,we switched it off!)
-despite buttons on the radio for different style of music,only we could listen was country(I know,it's southern Indiana,but sorry...we are not Fans!)
Other than that, big compliments to all in the hotel.We'll be back!

The service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful if all hotels practice great customer service like this hotel they would be second to done

I've stayed in this Hampton Inn for months at a time due to a contractual engagement in Jasper. Excellant service, friendly staff & clean place! Kudos !
