Staff was very friendly, and room was very clean. Everything was great from check-in until 6:30 the next morning. No hot water. Explanation was, "Everyone was taking a shower at the same time, and the hot water heater was working as fast as it could." They gave no discount for the inconvenience. In other words, this is a great hotel....unless they have a lot of guests and you want a warm shower in the morning.

Outstanding service, the cleanliness was superior, the cookies were delicious breakfast was more than continential and the Breakfast room worker was so friendly and helpful. The high speed internet in my room was very helpful as well.
