when i arrived at the hotel i was stuned to seeits poorly furnished lobby.after checking in we were first asked to proceed to a fourth story room which had no bath tub and was dirty. after making a complaint they moved us to the fourteenth floor where the chamber maids make noise and play.at the buffet the aircon was leaking and the tables were not stable.the cups were dirty and the spread was terrible.

we chose this hotel because most of the reviews in the internet, particularly about the location, food, room & service, were good. we were not disappointed at all although the lobby was pretty small. the receptionist was very helpful & efficient. our room was ready. it was clean & smell-free (including our bathroom). the buffet breakfast was okay, plenty of food to choose from.

will we recommend this hotel to others? definitely!!!

The location is alright. Smack in the middle of everything. For view. Depends on which side of the rooms you would get. Service is average. Was there from 25th to 27th of Jan 08. There's improvement alright.

its very near to shopping complex and all activities.its very near to patrons twin tower and KL tower.we can see kl tower and patrons thro the panoramic view room window,night its great to see ,hotel room service is good,reception service should impove,but its manageable very good hotel to stay with ur family

STAYED THERE FOR 4 NIGHTS.HAD AN EXTRA BED PUT IN TO MAKE IT A TRIBLE BOOKING.SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.GREAT SPREAD AT BREAKFAST.POLITE STAFF VERY HELPFUL.CLOSE TO ALL SHOPPING MALLS.WILL DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN.IT RAINED ALOT BUT THAT DIDNT DAMPEN OUR STAY.
