Front Desk staff was rude, abrupt and not helpful. The bathroom was horrible with chipped tiles, micro size shower, rough towels and dirty floors. Bed was soft and carpets dirty. Only redeeming feature was the pool and exercise room. We will never return to this property and regret trying to save money by going to this hotel. Spend $5 more per night and stay at one of the 12 other hotels within a 1/2 mile!
