I normally support Marriott properties but I won't go back here. Stayed in room 102 (King bed suite) and the room was a real mess: filthy sheets on the bed (crumbs and human hair), heating/cooling fan made so much noise you had to turn it off to sleep, and the internet connection never worked. just wasnt worth what they charge i expected a lot more from a hotel with a four and half star rating it should have been more luxurios and cosy

I LIKED EVERYTHING THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE ROOMS WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN I DIDN'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS.I ALSO LOVED THE POOL AND HOT TUB. THAT WAS A TRIP TO REMEMBER.

We stayed at Springhill Suites on 04/27/07to04/29/07. My family and I were really pleased with the room. We were also pleased with the style and cleanliness of the hotel. We were very satisfied. The pool and hot tub were simply marvelous. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning of our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was great, I've stayed in 5 star hotels in Europe, and this is a hotel I put in that class. 5 star.
Miss Reeva Leuche, Heather Moore, were the best. Always with a smile and bright attitude.
The breakfast was among the best ever
The staff were friendly and very willing to please the customers.
I will always stay here, even if it is out of my way on my visits to the Norfolk,Portsmouth, Chesepeake areas
