The casino and hotel were average but the buffet is probably one of the worst in the state!The beef was so tough you could not chew it! If they want to stay in the game they will definately have to step up their game.

Grouchy and uncaring desk staff, dirty room. The management staff doesn't seem to care either. A letter to them has went unanswered. Sweeper had not been run in a week!

I am trying to talk with someone about reserving rooms for my guests to stay during my wedding. I called a 1-800 number and was transfered and put on hold for over 40 minutes and still didn't get to talk to anyone. I guess they don't want my business that bad.

I like that it's clean, parking is close and free and easy, you can walk to the casino. Price was a little high though. Very nice place to stay in the Quad Cities. And I'm a native of Davenport, so have stayed in several hotels there since moving to Arizona.

Better look out the hotel window, because you won't see the Mississippi River from the Isle of Capri riverboat. . . just a lot of slot machines. This thing they call a riverboat actually used to "cruise" once a day, but now it just floats like a big whale.
