POOR SERVICEVery unattentive front desk staff. The security person, "female" was very rude, Barney Fife wanna be, and the vending machines were either empty or unplugged....One food vending machine in the hotel and it was not operational. Won't be backOVERALL

Freindliest Staff Ever and Outstanding Customer ServiceThe hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and very clean and the customer service was excellent. They treated me and my wife like royalty and didn't mind going out their way to help us with anything we needed assistance with. They were very good at answering all of our questions also they even helped us order food ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

You get what you pay forStaying in the Columbus area about 6 times a year we have stayed here over and over again. Parking is a little inconvienient but over all accomodations satisfactory, have had some cleanliness issues but all were taken care of by the helpful staff. Great value for the money, light breakfast included!OVERALL

Rude staffStaff was very rude and very unhelpful. It cost $10.00 extra to park across the street in a small parking lot that you could barely get the door open on your car because the cars parked so close to you, then you had to walk across a four lane highway to get to the hotel.
