Southern HospitalityThe motel is set back off the highway. Even though my room was near the front, I still didn't hear any traffic noise.
The clerks were friendly and helpful - good ole Southern Hospitality.

Would absolutely stay againWMy aunt just passed and even though some of the family is in Selmer, there are too many us to stay in my aunts house. We wanted to keep the family together. the sisters stayed together and her children stayed together with cousins in the motel. Very Friendly and Helpful ServiceWe have stayed at the Southwood Inn several times and have always been pleased. The last time we stayed we ended up in a room with a broken heater, but they were very quick in helping us find a room. We also needed a crib and the only one they had was broken, however this was a minor thing.
