Stayed overnight Oct.24, 2009....would stay here again and again. Very clean, great staff, wonderful breakfast. Pool area very clean, altho' pool could have been a little warmer. Would recommend this place!

Great stay....people friendly staff, clean rooms, pool area clean no complaints..... Myself and two other employees’ were relocated from other Norfolk accommodations (that left a lot to be desired to say the least). Our agency kindly moved us and the WONDERFUL staff at the Norfolk Holiday Inn took us in welcomed us as we came in the door and ...

Dirty rooms (check them out first). Poor service (try getting someone on the phone). Wont resolve disputes (put money first not customer). STAY AWAY, ask around first.

Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to resolve complaints. They charge for room that was cancelled. Manager would not return calls. Stay away from this hotel if you want good service and clean rooms.
