First and formost the room was dirty, the bathroom tub had long black hair all over the shower area. It look as if it had not been cleaned in some time. The bed linen were rinkled and looked like maybe they were not changed either. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly! We do alot of traveling and always stay at comfort inns, we have never experienced this lack of professional service.
