This is one big unprofessional fraud deal. They give fraud ads to get people, and yet charge cards, and it is so hard to find someone in that hotel who can help you. They play phone tags, and do account any responsibility. I had a very bad experience with them. Do not fall for these tours with some sort of deal, and do not give them your credit card number, because they will charge it without your authorization.
