Hard time getting items such as a pen, replacement for broken TV remote, facial tissues; unsmiling clerk made it seem like you were begging when you asked for items. We really liked this hotel it was very comfortable and the location was great.The area is gorgeous and you can take a stroll in such a beautiful area and feel safe. The shopping areas are great and the restaurants are many with great food. We will be back next year for another week.You will really be suprised about this hotel.
