I had made a reservation a week prior to my stay and when I got there my reservation had been cancelled for no apparent reason and all they could say was they were sorry but there were no rooms available and there was nothing they could do about it. It happened to be a weekend when there was a convention going on and all hotels were booked solid so we were left out in the cold.
