the man who was at the front desk was extremely rude. one might think that the person who first greets the guest(s) would have at least a casual interest in doing his job. the room had a very bad odor. the shower was DISGUSTING ! THE CARPET WAS WORN & STAINED. the furniture needed to be thrown OUT & replaced. at breakfast the next morning ...

Much check-in confusion, even with reservations. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Hair in sink (which was also clogged). Dirty sheets, dirty washcloths. Very rude employee.

I had guests stay here and they said it was "a nightmare" and "the worst place they have EVER stayed".

Have sent in a formal complaint to Ramada. Ridiculous.

the rooms he showed to us was dirty,bad carpet, old beds, the room had a bad stink about it.and he asked us 79.95 a nite.He told us we would not find any rooms any where else, right across the road.great rooms and clean fresh and 20.00 cheaper.

this downtown location is so easy to find and next to the great lake, mall and all the good restaurant is near by what else you ask for more ? great service and family friendly....go and enjoy your stay.

when we arrived our door was already opened.. the power was off.. shower did not work correctly.. spider webs.. bugs.it stunk too.. it was horrible!!
