The staff was friendly, as I have found at most Hilton properties. The rooms are nice. The housekeeping crew was below the standard of other Homewoods I have stayed at, they left several details unattended to, that only made for a minor inconvenience. The location is close to the airport but it's a bit far from any shopping or restaurants.
