We had to evacuate from the hurricane and the staff at this hotel was awesome. (the beds were really comfortable too) Very clean! We'll be back, under different circumstances, we hope!

It took us awhile to find, but this is a great hotel. If ever in Allen, try this one out. You get ALL the amenities of a big name brand hotel but with personal service and a lower price tag. The mattresses were really comfortable and service was great!

We just checked out yesterday with our team after a week stay for the Super Series. This is by far the nicest hotel we've stayed in this season.
Our coach actually re-booked us for October show case in Allen.
Beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Two Thumbs up.

This is by far the best hotel we've stayed in a while. It is a brand new concept and is really nice. Staff was very friendly and were eager to help with any questions we had. We loved the indoor pool and the room decore. Beds have the most comfortable mattresses.

The Pyramids Hotel is a great find in Allen. We come here with our sports team several times a year. They know us by now and make bookings very simple and hassle free. You always know where you stand. The staff is very friendly and bends over backwards to accomodate our needs! We'll be back!

We made reservations for a group. And at that time I asked for a cancellation policy. I was given (in writing) one policy and when I went to cancel some of the rooms I was told there was a 7 day cancellation policy. First I heard that. When I asked about it they just kept repeating the policy. Must be hard of hearing. Cost our little sports team over $600.00. Will NOT be back, not worth the price nor the aggravasion.

Enjoyed our visit there last week. The hotel is Friendly, clean and close to our family in Allen. Our Grand children loved the indoor pool area.

This hotel has their act together, very clean and friendly.
