I am a Best Western Crown Club member, and I usually stay between 20 - 50 nights a year. This was my first trip to Muncie, and stayed at this hotel on a Friday night. This place smelled like smoke and looked old and run down. The young man at the front had difficulty talking to me, and also was not too helpful. The rooms are definitely low class. I will never go back to this Best Western.

This by far is the best hotel I have stayed in on my visit to the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my co-workers and family

Workers were friendly, beds very uncomfortable. Have back trouble and was very sore in the morning and fought sheets coming off the bed all night. But enjoyed Muncie very much.
