It’s was my first time in hotel Latgale. I like this hotel with interesting design and special spirit! Nice restaurant - romantic music, good meal, pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are different – from economic class (awful) until high level(super). I was really surprised with VIP-room –the best leisure for two persons in love!!! ...

I have visited Rezekne few years ago and stayed in the hotel Latgale. Then here was feeling of the soviet heritage, but month ago I went to Rezekne once again and stayed in the same hotel . You know, I was agreeably surprised- it is renewed, modern and likeable hotel with restaurant, summer terrace, recreation centre and very cosy rooms.

I loved this hotel, huge, affordable, good location and this feeling! Like back in the USSR in the 80's. Seriously, if you like this type of a place, then you found your home away from home. The room was clean, people friendly, nice breakfest.

The rooms were small, dirty, and uncomfortable and the service was surly. But it is centrally located.

First impression was not good because they were busy renovating the hotel. Very dusty but rooms were clean and bed linen was crisp. Plumbing left a little to be desired. At the rate of 10 lats per person per night accommodation was satisfactory and breakfast was good, served by friendly young ladies . Had been scared off by previous review, but not as bad as we had feared. Look forward to visiting again when renovations have been completed.
