On the west side and a short distance to downtown, this hotel/motel offered everything I needed...I was pleased to find clean rooms with all of the (should be!) usual amenities; the rooms have new (quality!)mattresses and are decorated nicely. The non-smoking rooms are truly non-smoking (no stale cigarette smoke here!) and they are quiet...good ...

No lock that would work on the door, hole in the ceiling, hole under the carpet in the middle of the hallway, no shampoo, no hair dryer, iron from front desk was broken, jar of peanutbutter, plastic freezer container with grape jelly, reused the little room key envelopes (other names written on), tiny breakfast area, unfriendly management from time of arrival. Will never stay there again. Do not recommend to anyone.
Very good service, friendly people and quiet! Breakfast was great! We've been stopping here for 10 years and plan on continuing the tradition.

i CHECKED IN ON 09/17-2007. The front of the building is nice, but INSIDE, wow, it smelled. The room, 237, had holes in the walls, the bed cover had holes in it, the sheets were stained and had holes. I asked the manager, APu Abdul Chaki Mohamad Notbencleanin, for another room. Worst Hotel We've Ever Stayed At

We travel at least 10 times a year and stays at hotels throughout the country. By far, this is the worse hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff needs to learn what "customer service" means. The room was dirty, and the towels provided looked like rags.
Pay the extra $10 dollars and stay somewhere else. This place is not worth giving your business to.

The management staff of this facility was very unprofessional. They lack customer service and courtesy to guests. They were very rude. We were surprised when we saw the JD Power "Customer Service Satisfaction" award posted on the lobby.

Couldn't have been worse

The hotel is dirty, dirty, dirty. The room was filthy, the sheets old with holes, cushions soiled, and the bathtub damaged and repaired with something like stucco. The breakfast area was dirty. Pick anywhere else to stay.
I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW, WHAT A WONDERFUL AND DELIGHTFUL STAY WE HAD. EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT, ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WE COME TO GALLUP2-4 TIMES A YEAR, AND YOU CAN BE SURE TO GET OUR BUSINESS.
