The hotel management was very RUDE and did not have one nice word to say to a hard working person who just wanted a good start to the day. She should be more appreciative of who delivers to the entire nation. I would NEVER stay at this hotel. I enjoy going to HERSHEY PARK, but this would not be the stop for adults or children.

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY CONVIENTLY LOCATED AND EASY TO FIND. I WAS TRAVELING ALONE AND THIS WAS IMPORTANT TO ME. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH PLACES TO EAT AND DIRECTIONS TO GET THERE, ALSO WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL!! THE BREAKFEST WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE, EXCELLENT VALUE!!!

We liked the location and the friendly staff.We stayed in one of the suites that was very nice w/ a king size bed, a sleeper sofa, anda fire place. This yaer we plan to go back and take one of her friends w/ us. The location is perfect to visit Hershey Park.
