Great place to stay

This hotel is in a great location for people who are traveling to see the sights of colorado springs. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to us. The rooms were also very nice and clean and we feel like we got a great rate for our stay.

The rooms were smelly and musty. The pool was so small it was not worth having and the hair extension floating in the pool was just an added touch to how nasty it was. I couldn't see the bottom and refused to let my kids swim there. The staff wanted me to pay ten dollars a night for a "complimentary" crib. The furniture was old ...

Hmmm, where to begin. Ok, the room was ready on time. Thre were many dogs on site because there was a German Shepard show in town. Not too bad there...but it was down hill from there! The exercise room was nothing more than a large closet with 3 machines in, 2 of which didn't work and one was downright dangerous. When I reported this to the ...

Great Experience at Great Hotel

This hotel is just enough north of the city to be out of the traffic, but close enough to allow quick access to most town attractions. Hotel staff was friendly, room and hotel overall were clean, and price was good for a nice suite room. Morning breakfast was limited in choices.
