The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I travel alot for work. I attend a conference every year in Vancouver and this is where I stay. There is a Hilton not far from my meeting place, but I choose to stay here. I love this place!!! It is off the beaten path, thus no traffic noise! I do not need a "room with a view" when I am travelling for work, that is saved for vacation time. Loved the room, loved the service, loved the amenities, loved the bed, loved the location!

Our family stays with the hotel every year. As soon as we walk in the door they all come and say hello. The staff has been there for years and the ones that haven't fit right in and greet us just as if they have always been there.
