This hotel is not what I expected after reading the reviews, but being here is something all together different. What a pleasant place, nice staff, nice, really nice hot tub as it was not too hot, but the pool is slightly cool. Our room is very clean and the beds are unbelievably comfy. Close to the outlet mall, and we are having fun.

This is a real nice and clean hotel. The pool is nice, and the staff are very helpful. Great place to stay if your going shopping at the Outlet Mall. The only downside, I wish they would have had a lounge or restaurant in the hotel.

It was probably the dirtiest smoking room that we have stayed in. The bathroom floor was sticky as was the tile around the whirlpool. The bathroom also smelled like mildewed urine, probably from the fact that there was a cloth shower curtain without any liner to put inside the tub while taking a shower. We came up to Birch Run for the weekend and stayed here. The employees were very helpful with giving us brochures and coupons for Birch Run and Frankenmuth. We arrived 2 hours early and the room was already ready for us. The jacuzzi was the highlight of the weekend. Very relaxing! The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the price. But for a King room with a hot tub, I guess it wasn't so bad.

The hot tub suite was not as nice as I expected. Showing some wear and tear. For the $150/night it should have been much nicer. Of course, the first week of December is their peak.

I love the hampton inn. I have family in gaylord and stay there about once a month and it is always very clean and the service is great. I also have stayed at the birch run hampton and it is also run very nicely and is always very clean. People at the hampton inns are always very friendly.
