Excellent service - Food at all restaurants is wonderful - especially the new restaurant "Kebabs & Kurries" is just out of the world - I highly recommend one to have food there... The stay is very peaceful and all staff members are very polite. Would love to stay in this property again and again!

The service at this hotel is just horrible. I would stay away from it. The rooms smell damp with mold and the food isn't that great.

The new renovated rooms in this hotel are amaazing.. they have 2 42 inch plasma tv's in every room. The bathrooms are clean and the service is excellent. The newly renovated coffee shop is great. it is very trendy and alsgreat food.. I cannot wait to go back and stay in this hotel...

For the price that these guys make you pay you expect nice treatment. Instead the food is bad, the room smells, the people are rude, the TVs are miniture and there is no airport pick up. We left and stayed at the Marriott which was great. I am a starwood preferred member and I have just heard this is not a starwood hotel anymore. I can see why!!!!!
I tend to be a giant fan of Starwood properties and in fact tend to chose properties that carry their logo. I booked a room in this hotel for my honeymoon, at the time of booking they said it would be decorated with rose petals and there would be a cake, but when i checked into the room neither it was decorated with rose petals nor there was any cake. It was the most annoying thing on my wedding night and they charged $300.00 per night. I do not recomand ...

Location. Continental side of the breakfast, Organic muffins.
Cons
Started with no airport transfer.
They charge an extra 25 Dollars if their is a second person, even if you are a Starwood gold member. (which is not the case in any other 5 star hotel in India)
