I prepaid my reservations for 3 suites for 2 nights. So arriving late would not be an issue.

I arrived late, my friends joining us arrived about an hour later. I had extra people and did a head count and let the front desk know...no problem so far.

I have to say this was the nicest and cleanest motel I have stayed in for quite awhile. The staff was very friendly. The price was reasonable. When I return to Nashville again I will certainly stay there once more.

After reading lots of negative reviews for hotels in the Nashville area, we arrived without reservations and decided on the Best Western Suites at Opryland. We definitely made a great decision. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and we were convenient to something interesting for everyone from my 9-year-old son to 68-year-old father!!! When we're back in Nashville, we will definitely stay again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Suites in Opryland in Nashville because the employees are Excellent, service very good, the room very comfortable.
Location close to resturants, malls and attractions.
If we ever go back to Nashville again we will be back at Best Western Suites in Opryland.

My two biggest complaints were that you had to wait until 3pm to check in and that, in order to cancel, you had to give 72 hours notice.......

Both of these issues arose and made for an unenjoyable hotel experience.

I'll be sure to stay at more flexible hotels in the future.......
