Great location. Clean room and bathroom. Price was right, $49.95 plus tax. Had coffee maker, hair dryer, frig, microwave, smelled pleasant. I left before breakfast opened up- but would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very clean. The location is within driving distance to all of kissimmee and orlandos best attractions. A great value. The staff is very friendly, and the pool is very nice.

We have used this hotel several times when visiting Orlando area. It is on the main street, a little out ways down from all the goings on, but worth it for a family. The price was super and it wasn't that far from Disney! We have never had any problems there in the past and had a great time in the pool because it wasn't as crowded as some of the other hotels. The in room frig. was also great to store snacks and food for the park.
