I loved the comfort and affordability of this hotel, the staff and people staying in the hotel were very friendly. I stayed with 2 other adults and 2 children in one room and did not feel cramped at all. I loved the breakfast. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone that enjoys great service and great atmosphere.

My family stayed at the Hyatt for a quick weekend vacation. We were more than impressed with everything that the hotel had to offer. Not only was the room fabulous, but the decor in the whole place was great. We had access to high speed internet services and they had a nice restaurant with the ability to order at a kiosk which was something that ...

I walked in and Tiffany and staff took care of me right away!
She was also very quick to let us know what the hotel had to offer every one was very warm.

Loved every thing about this place! the rooms were clean, the staff was great, the breakfast was good and overall it was a wonderful hotel.
at first we heard he area was bad so we were a little unsure about staying there but there were security gaurds so that made us feel safe. Once again awesome. (the only downside, no balconies)

All I can say is thank you to Diana Moore and staff!!! The staff at this hotel made my anniversary weekend a moment I'll never forget. Excellent customer service guys we truly appreciated everything you did to make our weekend special again.

We loved this hotel, fitness spa included, and very clean. It would be nice if they had a shuttle from the airport. I think they would get more business, but all in all it was a great value. The price included breakfast and a Wednesday night free dinner. Staff was extra nice! Liked everything except the distance from the airport. No shuttle service.

the place was great. it was clean. the staff was helpful. the area was safe. they have a workout facility but they also have free passes for a local 24 hour gym. the only problem was there was no business center, but i had a laptop so it was ok.
