Amazing service!

We stayed at the Hyatt Place for a business convention and absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely helpful and the location was perfect (highly recommend checking out The White Lion restaurant right behind hotel, great authentic English dishes).

A big let down.

My family and myself stayed at this hotel 11-16-07 room 410. It was over priced and a face lift to a old building. The refigirator in our room came on 8 times durning the night. It woke my wife and myself each time. It shook the whole romm and made a lound sound. I told my wife we had to try it after the remodel. What a mistake the place is ...

The hotel is in a great location near highways, shopping, restaraunts and not too far from downtown.

The staff was friendly, courteous and professional.

Breadkfast was OK, but the warm food was cold. But, it was complimentary.

Rooms were spacious enough. Love the Desk and kitchen area with TV that swivels from bed area to desk area.

Would highly recommend!
