My two boys and I loved the waterpark, the beach (even joined in a campfire one night), the Smores, the paddleboats (hard to steer but fun), and the waffles at breakfast. This hotel was a bit pricey for us, but we found out why, and would do it again. Lots of fun, little hassle.

We stayed there Oct '05. Front desk staff told us they "lost" our internet reservation (even though we had proof of our reservation from our computer printout). Then they told us they were booked solid. I pressed the issue and they finally gave us a room at a HIGHER PRICE than what we had originally booked. Very frustrating. Nice ...

This place is great the rooms have everything from your standard coffee maker to your microwave and refrigerator and the beds are great. Also you have the beautiful view of the bay. The splash park is ausome even if you arent a kid. The only thing I would change is that the showers are weak but heck everything else I would keep. If in doubt where to stay in Ashland this is by far your safest pick for quality and service.
