I TELL EVERYONE TO SAVE THERE MONEY AND JUST WALK OVER THE BRIDGE TO THE GRAND HOTEL IF THEY WANT REAL 5 STAR SERVICE AND ROOMS.I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE CROWN AGAIN. POOR SERVICE AND A RUDE RECEPTIONIST AT THE FRONT COUNTER WILL INSURE YOU WILL NEVER GO BACK. MY TRAVEL TIP IS TO ALWAYS STAY AT THE GRAND

My husband, Michael, and I won't stay anywhere else in Melbourne. The views, All the facilities, the best breakfast and excellent customer service ensure a fantastic time every time we go. The only letdown is the Greek cafe in the complex - awful service and pathetic displays of self-importance! Anyway, if you want the best stay here! Renee Giamos

Hotel and Casino has everything you want and they are very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Families were there at hotel with there children for vacations. Very clean....

this hotel is the best place to stay while in melbourne as it is right in the heart of the city and there are so many things u can do in the crown towers alone. the rooms are luxurious and spacious with the best views of the yarra river and the city night lights. the rooms are extremely clean and cared for and the staff are always willing to help you at any time of the day.
