MADE RESERVATIONS DIRECT ON CRYSTAL INN
WEBSITE AND WAS GIVEN A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND PRICE OF ROOM. WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I CHECKED IN THEY DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE GIVEN TO US. OUR STAY COST MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED TO US TO US. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We have stayed here many times. Have children and grandchildren in the area and this hotel has been a wonderful place for us to stay.

Company booked me here. There is a truck stop next door and it is very noisy. Staff is very nice. Rooms is neat and clean and comfortable.

I really loved the indoor HEATED pool and I just love the service here. I would die if this would close down. Anyway the Inn is awsome

I made a reservation directly on the crystal inn website and was given a confirmation number. We chose this hotel because it was centrally located, had a pool and fitness center and full breakfast buffet When I showed up to the hotel (at 2am, after my flight was delayed) I was told I had no reservation and that I might not be able to get a room. ...

The kids loved the indoor swimming pool. The hotel is locted 1 exit away from the outlet mall and not far from the beach. We go there every year and only stay at the Crystal Inn.

My husband and I have spent several Christmas Holidays at this location since our son's family is in Long Beach. This facility is awesome in every way.

We loved the indoor pool that was actually heated and WARM! We loved the hot breakfast and the rooms are great. Every room has a VCR and they have movies in the lobby to rent! This is a great family hotel.
